Debi Childers, owner and instructor has been specializing in natural appearance permanent cosmetic application since 1993. No prior licenses are required to become certified in this exciting and very rewarding career. Hair stroke eye brows, eyeliner, as well as full lip color application is taught in a four (4) day hands on training workshop. It is imperative to gain skill and confidence with the hands on method. Bella Institute offers continuing support to our students, as well as the opportunity to work out of our state licensed facility. Students will receive personal attention and instruction as they perform procedures on live models in our limited size training class.
